Job Requirements

• Experience:
• Minimum 2 years of L&D experience with travel, or 3 years without travel
• Travel experience required
• Certifications Required:
• BLS
• ACLS
• NRP
• STABLE
• AWHONN Intermediate
• Licensure:
• Tennessee or Compact RN license must be in hand at time of submission
• Pending licenses not accepted
• Location Requirement:
• Must reside at least 100 miles from the facility

• Labor & Delivery nursing
• Circulating for deliveries and procedures
• Fetal Heart Monitoring (FHM)
• Triage
• IV starts
  
  

Unit Description

• Level I obstetrical service line with Level II NICU
• 14-bed unit including:
• 6 Labor/Delivery/Recovery rooms
• 6 Postpartum beds
• 1 Antepartum bed
• 1 Triage bed
• 2 Cesarean section suites
• OB Techs assist with vaginal and cesarean deliveries
• Nursing model includes L&D, Mother/Baby, and NICU nurses
