We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Assistant Nurse Manager to help lead our Infusion Therapy team. The ANM is a registered nurse professional who collaborates with the Nurse Manager to oversee daily operations and staff assignments of the Oncology Infusion Therapy Unit; Serve as a clinical resource and mentor to nursing staff; Participate in quality improvement initiatives; Ensure compliance with institutional policies, safety standards and nursing best practices with a focus on compassionate care delivery. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of oncology nursing experience, strong communication, and critical thinking skills; Demonstrated emotional intelligence with ability to lead with compassion.
